How do I place an order?

Kolektakon does not use an account system. You just have to click the "Buy Now / Pre-Order" button and send payment through PayPal.

After payment is received, your order is registered with us, and we will send you a shipping invoice when it is ready for shipment.

How are pre-orders handled?

Once your pre-orders are available, we will combine all available pre-ordered products into an order and send you an invoice for shipping costs (and any pending deposits) for the address registered to your PayPal account.

Please note that you cannot pay pending deposits before the pre-order is ready to ship.

Due to cases of abuse, we are prohibiting any "transferral" of orders between customers. We cannot mediate personal dealings outside of our records.

What happens if a Pre-Order product has its price lowered after I placed a pre-order?

In the event a Pre-Order product has its price lowered after customers have already placed pre-orders, we guarantee customers will be refunded the difference between the price they paid and the new lower price.

How do you ship orders? And do you ship internationally?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of received shipping payment (except on weekends).

We ship worldwide. You can shop from any country in the world.

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any change in shipping or billing address.

In cases of high shipping volume for pre-orders, shipping labels may be printed 72 hours before shipment due to the large influx of orders requiring attention.

All orders over $250.00 USD will be quoted shipping costs with the necessary insurance coverage included.

Shipping invoices that are not paid within 21 days may result in forfeiture of the respective orders.

Please do not request shipping quotes for pre-order products. The product weight and dimensions are still unavailable, and therefore, we cannot estimate the shipping cost.

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship all products from the United States. We ship from the locations most efficient to create faster availability.

Shipping sources may be subject to change.

How do I update my shipping address?

Please ensure that your shipping address in your PayPal account is up to date, and notify us of any change of address

Will there be customs charges in my country?

Unfortunately, we don't know if your country will charge you for importing. Please keep the laws and regulations of your country's customs agency in mind. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred due to your country's laws and regulations.

What do the icons on product listings mean?

Pre-Order Product is not yet released, but advance orders can be placed.
Closed Product is no longer available for pre-order.
Soon Product will be available for pre-order soon.
In Stock Product is stocked and ready to ship.
Backorder Product is currently in the process of being restocked.
Sold Out Product is sold out and out of print.
Limited Product is "limited edition" and will only be released once in limited quantities, and therefore cannot be restocked.
Exclusive Product is available exclusively at Kolektakon, and is therefore not available from the manufacturer or any other retailer.

What is a "limited" product?

It means the product is limited edition and will only be released once. It cannot be restocked or re-released.

What is an "exclusive" product?

It means the product is available exclusively at Kolektakon, and is therefore not available from the manufacturer or any other retailer.

Do you have a product guarantee?

We guarantee 100% authenticity on all products available on Kolektakon, as we are an official distributor and/or retailer of all brands we supply.

What do I do if I've received a defective product?

If you believe you've received a defective product, please notify us. We will communicate with the manufacturer to verify the case, and attempt to issue a replacement.

What is your return policy?

No returns accepted. All sales are final.

Do you accept cancellations?

We do not accept cancellations due to the problems cancellations cause with storage and inventory. However, we can accept cancellations under the condition that a 10% restock fee is paid (percentage is based on product price, not payment). Please contact us for this.

We also cannot swap product(s) in orders for other product(s). You must either order the new product(s) you seek to purchase, or cancel the product(s) you no longer want. The reason for this is that it's not technically possible to edit or swap items within transaction records. We apologize, but for the sake of record keeping, it has to be this way.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern (UTC-4/UTC-5). Your emails will be answered within 24 hours on business days.
